The American Prosperity keepsake collection, including The American Prosperity pillow are the brainchildren of Karen Post, an accomplished interior designer, author, and entrepreneur based in Tampa, Florida.

Having launched her first business at age 22, Karen knows firsthand the trials and triumphs of chasing the American dream, building good fortune, and creating prosperity.
A forever optimist and proud American patriot, in 2024, Karen began researching prosperity pillows in other cultures. She discovered that they were widely embraced, with many people believing they contributed to personal wealth and success. But she also noticed something missing—there was no American Prosperity Pillow, despite the U.S. being home to countless prosperous and successful people.

​That’s when inspiration struck. Karen envisioned an American Prosperity Pillow as more than a decorative object—it would be a treasured possession, a family keepsake, a patriotic symbol, a ritual of success and a daily reminder that when Americans dream big and live by strong values and principles, they can create their own good fortune.
​​For months, the idea brewed in her mind. She could see it, feel it, and knew it would bring value to other American patriots pursuing success and prosperity.

Then came the spark that made it real. On July 4, 2025, while watching national TV coverage of the upcoming American Semiquincentennial celebrations organized by America250™, Karen had her “big bang” moment. This was not just a light bulb—it was fireworks. She thought: This is the perfect platform for the American Prosperity Pillow. I’m going to make this happen.

The rest is history. Home Frosting secured the America 250 and the Freedom 250 licenses to create and market the American Prosperity Pillow™ and other products. All of our products are proudly made in the USA.
The American Prosperity Pillow has been so well received; it has now evolved into a keepsake with even more meaning. It has become a prosperity ritual, a message vessel that is gifted to friends and family who the givers want to say: we believe in you, your hard work is worth it, and prosperity is in your hands. It’s more than a pillow—it’s a symbol of American pride, prosperity, and purpose.

History of prosperity pillows
For centuries, prosperity pillows have symbolized wealth and abundance in cultures worldwide. Tradition holds that sleeping on or near these pillows enhances dreams and thoughts of success. Typically, they are crafted from rich fabrics like velvet, satin, or gold-toned materials, often embroidered with symbols of wealth.
